Vanuit hun site in Hemiksem beheren zij het volledige proces: van R&D tot mengen, afvullen, opslag en wereldwijde distributie. Hun producten worden geëxporteerd naar meer dan 130 landen

Functieomschrijving als TECHNIEKER PRODUCTIE TWEEPLOEGEN:

  • Als TECHNIEKER PRODUCTIE TWEEPLOEGEN binnen onze productieafdeling ondersteun en begeleid je machineverantwoordelijken tijdens het productieproces.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat onze machines optimaal functioneren, waardoor de productie vlot en efficiënt verloopt.
  • Dankzij jouw technische kennis en hands-on aanpak ben je een onmisbare schakel in het garanderen van kwaliteit, continuïteit en veiligheid op de werkvloer.
  • Je werkt in een systeem van ploegenwerk (vroege/dag/late), waardoor je samen met je collega’s instaat voor een continue productieflow.

Begeleiding en opvolging bij ombouw van machines

  • Doel: Correct afgestelde machines garanderen voor een optimale productie.
  • Machines afstellen bij productwissels of opstart.
  • Toezicht houden op de juiste werking van machines.
  • Controleren van het correcte gebruik van grondstoffen.

Onderhoud en kleine herstellingen aan het machinepark

  • Doel: Instaan voor de optimale werking en beschikbaarheid van het machinepark.
  • Uitvoeren van preventief onderhoud aan machines.
  • Herstellen van eenvoudige mechanische storingen.

Voorbereiding van het productieproces

  • Doel: Een vlotte en correcte opstart van het productieproces verzekeren.
  • Opstarten van producties volgens planning.
  • Controleren of productievolgorde conform planning is.
  • Uitvoeren van staalnames en eventueel ontvangst van vrachtwagens.

Ondersteuning bij personeelsbezetting tijdens de shift

  • Doel: Mee instaan voor een efficiënte bezetting tijdens de shift.
  • Onthaal van uitzendkrachten.
  • Zorgen dat medewerkers productief blijven en vlot kunnen doorwerken
  • Je werkt ondersteunend voor de verantwoordelijke operator of ploegbaas
  • We zijn op zoek naar een technisch onderlegde en praktijkgerichte professional met een passie voor productieomgevingen.
  • Je bent proactief, werkt nauwkeurig en durft verantwoordelijkheid te nemen.
  • Je beschikt over een A2-diploma in (elektro-)mechanica of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Minstens 5 jaar relevante ervaring in een technische functie binnen een industriële of productieomgeving. Ervaring met het begeleiden van operatoren of machineverantwoordelijken is een sterke troef.
  • Je bent bereid om een grondige inwerkperiode van minimum 1 jaar te doorlopen om de processen en installaties volledig te leren kennen.
  • Vlotte kennis van het Nederlands. Kennis Engels is een pluspunt.
  • Goede kennis van PLC-sturingen (basiskennis is voldoende, geen programmeerervaring vereist)
  • Inzicht in hydraulica en pneumatica. Je kan technische storingen analyseren en snel tot de kern van het probleem komen.
  • Analytisch, assertief, accuraat en hands-on ingesteld.
