Van technische renovaties tot een volledig afgewerkt resultaat bij de klant: in deze functie krijg je de kans om verschillende vaktechnieken te combineren. Je start samen met een ervaren collega en groeit geleidelijk naar een rol waarin je zelfstandig op pad gaat en de volledige uitvoering voor je rekening neemt

Wat ga je doen? Als renovatietechnieker werk je bij particulieren aan toegangspoorten en binnendeuren. Het takenpakket is gevarieerd en vraagt zowel praktisch inzicht als oog voor een verzorgde afwerking. Wie steeds meer technieken onder de knie krijgt, kan ook steeds zelfstandiger aan de slag!

Jouw takenpakket zal bestaan uit:

  • Uitvoeren van renovatie- en herstellingswerken aan toegangspoorten en binnendeuren
  • Onderdelen monteren, aanpassen en nauwkeurig afwerken
  • Werken met verschillende soorten handgereedschap
  • Afwisselen tussen voorbereidende, zwaardere werkzaamheden en fijne afwerking
  • Technische problemen tijdens de werken analyseren en oplossen
  • De volledige opdracht bij de klant zelfstandig opvolgen
  • Correct en verzorgd communiceren met particuliere klanten
  • Zorgvuldig omgaan met de servicewagen, gereedschappen en materialen
  • Na de inwerkperiode zelfstandig de baan op gaan
  • Het volledige takenpakket stap voor stap leren beheersen

Een goede klantenrelatie en professionele uitvoering staan centraal, met extra aandacht voor een correcte aanpak bij een vaak ouder cliënteel. Nieuwe medewerkers krijgen de kans om hun technische kennis verder uit te breiden en door te groeien naar een volledig zelfstandige functie Wie zoeken we?

  • Rijbewijs B, aangezien de werkzaamheden voornamelijk op verplaatsing plaatsvinden
  • Interesse in technisch en praktisch werk
  • Vlot kunnen werken met handgereedschap
  • Bereidheid om zowel grovere werkzaamheden als fijne afwerking op te nemen
  • Goede kennis van het Nederlands is belangrijk voor de communicatie met klanten en collega's
  • Verzorgd en professioneel voorkomen bij particuliere klanten
  • Technische ervaring is een pluspunt, bijvoorbeeld binnen schrijnwerk, sanitair, ventilatie, dakwerken, schilderwerken of zonnepanelen
