Om succesvol te zijn in deze rol als Technieker / Operator Waterzuivering, herken je jezelf in het volgende profiel:

  • Opleiding & Ervaring: Je hebt een technische Bachelor (Elektromechanica / Elektriciteit) of bent gelijkwaardig door relevante ervaring.
  • Technische Kennis: Je beschikt over een sterke technische bagage, zowel op mechanisch als elektrisch vlak.
  • Mentaliteit: Je bent hands-on, analytisch ingesteld en een echte problem solver die graag op de werkvloer staat.
  • Soft Skills: Je bent een flexibele teamplayer die vlot communiceert in het Nederlands, maar ook perfect zelfstandig kan werken.
  • Veiligheid & Duurzaamheid: Veilig werken is voor jou prioriteit nummer een. Je helpt dan ook graag mee aan preventietaken.
  • Pluspunt: Je hebt al enige affiniteit of ervaring met waterzuiveringstechnieken (of bent klaar om je hier volledig in te smijten).

In deze uitdagende functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het operationeel houden en optimaliseren van onze waterzuiveringsinstallaties. Je combineert procesmatig inzicht met hands-on techniek.

  • Onderhoud & Optimalisatie: Je voert zowel preventief als curatief onderhoud uit op de installaties van de waterzuivering.
  • Storingen Oplossen: Je evalueert technische inefficiënties, lost storingen op en brengt structurele technische verbeteringen aan.
  • Procesopvolging: Je volgt de dagelijkse waterbehandelingstechnieken nauwgezet op en voert in teamverband CIP-reinigingen (Cleaning-in-Place) uit.
  • Brede Ondersteuning: Je verdiept je in de nieuwste zuiveringstechnieken en springt indien nodig bij als storingstechnieker in onze productieafdeling.
