Ihr Job

* Steuerung der System-Logistikprozesse sowie deren Schnittstellen und Sie entwickeln die Logistiksystemlandschaft weiter. Zudem richten Sie die Materialwirtschaft-Logistiksysteme an den strategischen Unternehmenszielen aus.

* Als Geschäftsprozessmanager:in der Infrastruktur AG sind Sie für den Teilbereich der Materialmanagement-Module zuständig (Prozessevaluierungen, Projektmitarbeit, Charme-Incidentmeldungen, ABAP, Test von Modul-Upgrades).

* Als SAP-User-Prozessmanager:in erstellen Sie Berechtigungskonzepte, pflegen die Stammdaten von Materialien, Disponenten, Vertriebssichten, QM-Schlüssel und Intrastat-Nummern.

* In der Rolle als fachspezifischer Trainer:in für die Materialmanagement-Module SAP und führen Sie prozessspezifische Workshops durch.

* Sie sind zuständig für die fachliche Betreuung der Logistikanwender:innen im Sinne einer Key-User-Funktion (SAP, Procat, LiveLink, ECO-Lager).

* Erstellung von Auswertungen für das Geschäftsfeld PFM.

* Bearbeitung vom IKS-Kontrollsystem und aktualisieren die Daten aus den Auftragserfassungssystem.

* Sie steuern, kontrollieren und stimmen die Materialbuchhaltung mit CORE ab (Umlaufvermögen).

Ihr Profil

* Eine abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (HTL-Matura, FH oder Universität) oder eine vergleichbare Fachausbildung und bringen fundierte Berufserfahrung im Bereich Logistik (Lager und/oder Disposition) mit. Je nach Ausbildungsniveau werden zwischen 5 und mehr als 10 Jahre Berufserfahrung vorausgesetzt.

* Sie verfügen über sehr gute MS Office Kenntnisse (Excel, Word, Outlook) und gute Kenntnisse der SAP Module (SAP MM).

* Verhandlungsgeschick, Eigeninitiative und Kommunikationsstärke zeichnen Sie aus.

* Eine hohe Serviceorientierung sowie ein gewinnendes Auftreten vervollständigen Ihr Profil.

Unser Angebot

* Für die Funktion " Technik Spezialist:in Senior Leistungsmanagement Materialwirtschaft" ist ein Mindestentgelt von € 55.307,00 brutto/Jahr vorgesehen. Die Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung besteht.
