Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in Linz suchen wir 1 Techniker für Projektabwicklung, Linz (m/w/d)

WAS ERWARTET DICH

* Administrative Unterstützung der Projektleiter bei der Abwicklung von Bauprojekten

* Bearbeitung von Angeboten und Nachträgen für Zusatzleistungen unter Einhaltung von Vorgaben, Normen und Regelwerken

* Unterstützung der Projektleitung bei der Baustellenbetreuung und Koordination der Subunternehmen bei der Montage bis hin zur Abnahme

* Erstellen von CAD-Zeichnungen und Dokumentationen sowie Wartungs- und Bedienungsanleitungen

DU BRINGST MIT

* Fundierte technische Ausbildung (HTL/FH) und kaufmännisches Verständnis

* Gute Kenntnisse in AutoCAD und MS Office

* Erfahrung im Bausektor oder im Bereich Sonnenschutztechnik und/oder Fenstertechnik von Vorteil

* Selbstständige und zuverlässige Organisation des Arbeitsbereiches

* Organisiert, selbstständig, gewissenhaft und zuverlässig
