Wir sind ein Planungsbüro mit Schwerpunkt Gewerbe sowie Landwirtschaft und erneuerbare Energie mit Sitz in 2813 Lichtenegg und suchen für die Mitarbeit bei unseren vielseitigen und spannenden Projekten zum sofortigen Eintritt 3 Techniker HTL oder FH für Hochbau (m,w,d) Ihre künftige Rolle

* Eigenständige Bearbeitung von Planungsaufgaben im Bereich Hochbau mit Schwerpunkt Einreich-, Detail- und Ausführungsplanung

* Erstellung und Koordination technischer Unterlagen sowie Abstimmung mit Fachplanern und Projektbeteiligten

* Teilnahme an Projekt- und Planungsbesprechungen sowie Unterstützung bei der technischen Klärung von Fragestellungen

* Mitarbeit in der Projektentwicklung und aktive Mitwirkung in der Entwurfsphase

* Unterstützung bei der Optimierung technischer Lösungen unter Berücksichtigung von Qualität, Kosten und Terminen

Anforderungen

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Hochbau (FH, HTL, Lehre)

* Idealerweise mit Berufserfahrung

* Gute Kenntnisse in ArchiCAD sowie Freude am digitalen Planen

* Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen Softwarelösungen der Planungs- und Baubranche

* Kenntnisse der OIB-Richtlinien sowie grundlegendes Verständnis relevanter Gesetze und Normen

* Eigenständiger, strukturierter und zuverlässiger Arbeitsstil

* Teamfähigkeit und Interesse an interdisziplinärer Zusammenarbeit

* Führerschein der Klasse B

* Das monatliche Bruttogehalt beträgt je nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung ab € 3.000,-. (Kollektivvertrag: Gewerbe allgemein, Mindestgrundgehalt € 2.528,04 brutto, Verwendungsgruppe III, 1.-2. Verwendungsgruppenjahr)
