*AUFGABENSTELLUNG*

* Planung und Ausführung:

~ Unterstützung der Planung.

~ Erstellung von Entwurfs- und Ausführungsplänen.

~ Erstellung von Bauplänen, Konstruktionszeichnungen und technischen Details.

* Projektkoordination:

~ Organisation und Koordination der verschiedenen Gewerke, sowie Abstimmung mit Auftraggeber_innen, Behörden und anderen Fachplaner_innen.

* Technische Beratung:

~ Beratung der Bauherren zu technischen Lösungen und Materialwahl.

* Reporting und Dokumentation:

~ Erstellung von Planungsprotokollen und Dokumentation des Baufortschrittes.

*ANFORDERUNGSPROFIL*

~ Abgeschlossene Ausbildung HTL oder Fachhochschule.

~ Berufserfahrung.

~ Fundierte Kenntnisse in AutoCAD oder ArchiCAD.

~ Kenntnisse in der Ausführungsplanung sowie im Umgang mit Baurechtsvorschriften und Normen.

~ Der Tätigkeit entsprechende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.

~ Selbständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise.
