Als Technisch Commercieel Adviseur bij onze klant bouw je stap voor stap je eigen klantenportefeuille uit en word je een belangrijke gesprekspartner voor aannemers, architecten, bouwpromotoren en andere professionele bouwpartners in Oost- en West-Vlaanderen.

Na een grondige introductie en interne opleiding krijg je de verantwoordelijkheid over het onderhouden én verder uitbouwen van de professionele klantenrelaties.

  • Je onderhoudt actief de relatie met bestaande klanten zoals aannemers, architecten, bouwpromotoren en sleutel-op-de-deurbedrijven.
  • Je gaat gericht op zoek naar nieuwe klanten en prospecten binnen de professionele bouwmarkt.
  • Je bouwt een netwerk uit bij lokale aannemers en architecten en zorgt ervoor dat bestaande én nieuwe klantengroepen voldoende aandacht krijgen.
  • Je denkt mee met klanten en geeft technisch en esthetisch advies bij hun projecten.
  • Je detecteert opportuniteiten en weet deze om te zetten in concrete projecten en verkoop.

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

We zoeken vooral iemand met een technisch-commerciële ingesteldheid die graag relaties opbouwt en tegelijk oog heeft voor detail.

  • Je hebt enkele jaren ervaring in B2B-verkoop binnen een technische omgeving (bouw, buitenschrijnwerk, hout, pvc,...)
  • Je bent secuur en hebt oog voor detail. In deze sector maken correcte afspraken en een nauwkeurige opvolging immers het verschil.
  • Je kunt zelfstandig werken, neemt initiatief en organiseert je eigen agenda.
  • Je spreekt uitstekend Nederlands. Een basiskennis Frans is mooi meegenomen.

  • Je woont bij voorkeur in de regio Meetjesland, aangezien je regelmatig vanuit het kantoor werkt.
  • Je bent een resultaatgerichte relatieverkoper die graag op lange termijn klantenrelaties uitbouwt.
