Bij een leverancier van industriële gassen in Halfweg werk je op het snijvlak van techniek, klantcontact en commercie. Als technisch accountmanager binnendienst onderhoud je klantrelaties en vertaal je vragen over producten en diensten naar passende afspraken. Je richt je op klantbehoud, margeontwikkeling en nieuwe overeenkomsten. Daarbij helpt technische affiniteit je om toepassingen van industriële gassen te begrijpen en klanten gericht verder te helpen. In de dagelijkse praktijk voer je proactief klantgesprekken, onderhandel je over voorwaarden en zorg je voor een zorgvuldige commerciële en administratieve opvolging. Je stemt af met collega’s binnen het accountmanagementteam, neemt werkzaamheden over waar nodig en brengt klantvragen intern onder de aandacht. Zo verdiep je je kennis van industriële gassen en ontwikkel je je verder in technisch-commerciële advisering en onderhandelen. Wat ga je doen? - Proactief klanten benaderen voor relatiebeheer, klantbehoud en margeontwikkeling - Commerciële onderhandelingen voeren en nieuwe overeenkomsten afsluiten - Klantafspraken commercieel en administratief opvolgen - Klantvragen intern afstemmen en de communicatie met klanten stroomlijnen - Campagnes uitvoeren rond producten, diensten, prijswijzigingen en klanttevredenheid - Collega’s ondersteunen en hun werkzaamheden overnemen bij afwezigheid Wat vragen we van jou? - Een afgeronde commerciële of technische opleiding op minimaal mbo-niveau - Meerdere jaren verkoopervaring, bij voorkeur binnen een technische werkomgeving - Aantoonbare ervaring met intern accountmanagement of commerciële klantenservice - Sterke onderhandelingsvaardigheden en het vermogen om afspraken om te zetten in overeenkomsten - Affiniteit met industriële gassen en vaardigheid met SAP en kantoorsoftware - Goede beheersing van Nederlands en Engels en een georganiseerde, zelfstandige werkstijl Wat bieden wij jou? - Bruto maandsalaris tussen € 4.800 en € 5.800 (indicatie op basis van functie en ervaring.
