Binnen een toonaangevende firma in beton- en netwapening, bieden wij jou de kans om jouw administratieve talenten in te zetten binnen een dynamisch team.

In de rol van technisch administratief medewerker ben jij de spil in ons proces.

Heb je een passie voor nauwkeurigheid? Kun je goed overzicht houden?

En vind je het leuk om in contact te staan met klanten en collega's?

Dan ben jij de juiste persoon voor ons!

Concreet houdt jouw functie in dat je:

  • Gegevens uit meetstaten, bestellingen en plannen verzamelt, controleert en invoert in ons ERP-systeem.
  • Als schakel tussen klanten en productie fungeert, zodat informatie vlot en duidelijk stroomt.
  • Bestellingen van A tot Z opvolgt en levertermijnen in de gaten houdt.
  • Klanten tijdig en accuraat informeert over hun orders.
  • Overzichtsrapporten en buigstaten voorbereidt ter ondersteuning van productie en logistiek.
  • Nauwgezet werkt en er zorg voor draagt dat data juist is.

Wie zoeken wij? Ben jij iemand die:

  • Voldoening haalt uit het zorgvuldig registreren van gegevens in systemen?
  • Gestructureerd werkt en plezier heeft in orde en overzicht?
  • Het belangrijk vindt dat data klopt en processen daardoor soepel verlopen?
  • Een technische achtergrond heeft, maar zijn/haar kracht in administratie en opvolging ligt?
  • Vlot kan communiceren met zowel collega's als klanten?
  • Bij voorkeur ervaring heeft met tekenprogramma's zoals SketchUp of Tekla, wat je helpt om plannen beter te begrijpen?
