Bouwhuis Enthoven B.V. is onderdeel van de Van Beek Groep, bestaande uit een aantal bedrijven die gespecialiseerd zijn in het verwerken van eieren en eiproducten. Binnen de totale groep, met vestigingen in Nederland, Duitsland en België, zijn circa 400 medewerkers actief.

Bouwhuis Enthoven B.V. is specialist in het produceren van vloeibare en gedroogde eiproducten. We leveren producten, in allerlei vormen en samenstellingen, aan gerenommeerde producenten binnen de pharmaceutische- en levensmiddelenindustrie in meer dan 40 landen wereldwijd.

Ter versterking van ons team in Raalte zoeken wij een

Technisch administratief medewerker Onze Technische Dienst is volop in ontwikkeling en het machinepark is modern, waarbij er continu gewerkt wordt aan verdere optimalisatie.

Over de functie:

- Verwerken van werkorders en storingsmeldingen.

- Administratief ondersteunen van storingsmonteurs.

- Bijhouden van technische documentatie, tekeningen en handleidingen.

- Invoeren en beheren van gegevens in het onderhoudssysteem.

- Bestellen van materialen en bewaken van levertijden.

- Verwerken van materiaalverbruik en magazijnbeheer.

- Archiveren en beheren van certificaten, keuringsrapporten en andere technische documenten.

- Signaleren van afwijkingen en ondersteunen bij procesverbeteringen.

Onze wensen:

- MBO-niveau, bij voorkeur in een administratieve richting en affiniteit met techniek

- kennis en ervaring met onderhoudssystemen is een voordeel

- jouw bereidheid tot het volgen van cursussen/ trainingen

- je bent een teamworker met goede communicatieve vaardigheden

- jouw interesse om ‘’de oorzaak van de oorzaak’’ te vinden

- als je ervaring hebt in de (voedingsmiddelen-) procesindustrie is dat een pré
