Je zit in deze job op het kruispunt van techniek en administratie. Ideaal als je technisch sterk bent, maar niet meer elke dag met je handen in de olie wil staan.

Je plant en coördineert herstellingen en onderhoud van voertuigen, met focus op vrachtwagens. Je zorgt dat alles praktisch geregeld is: afspraken inplannen, opvolgen en bijsturen waar nodig.

Daarnaast heb je regelmatig contact met klanten. Je luistert, denkt mee en zorgt dat ze duidelijk weten waar ze aan toe zijn. Je stelt offertes op en verwerkt dossiers, waaronder bestekken en verzekeringsdocumenten.

Je technische achtergrond helpt je om situaties snel te begrijpen en correct te vertalen naar een oplossing of planning. Je bent dus geen klassieke administratieve kracht, maar iemand die snapt waarover het gaat.

Je werkt zelfstandig en houdt overzicht, ook wanneer er meerdere dossiers tegelijk lopen.

Wat belangrijk is om hier vlot mee te draaien:

  • Technische achtergrond in automotive of gelijkaardig (ervaring als technieker is een sterke plus)
  • Bachelor niveau of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Interesse in administratie en planning
  • Affiniteit met vrachtwagens
  • Je werkt gestructureerd en houdt overzicht
  • Je communiceert vlot met klanten en collega’s
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken en neemt initiatief
