Als Technisch Administratief Medewerker (Interim Professional) ben jij onmisbaar in het soepel laten verlopen van werkorders, onderhoudsprojecten, en facturatie. Jij bent de stille kracht die zorgt voor overzicht en structuur, zodat technische teams en externe partners effectief kunnen werken. In deze uitdagende rol word je ingezet bij diverse organisaties binnen de woningcorporatiesector, waarbij jouw kennis en expertise onmiddellijk verschil maken. Of het nu gaat om piekdrukte, specifieke projecten of het wegwerken van achterstanden, jij brengt orde in de chaos. Je belangrijkste taken zijn: - Het verwerken en beheren van werkorders, opdrachten en onderhoudsmeldingen. - Proactief ondersteunen bij planning en coördinatie van technische werkzaamheden. - Controleren van facturen en bewaken van budgetten en afspraken. - Up-to-date houden van contracten, dossiers en systemen. - Samenwerken en communiceren met collega's en externe partijen zoals aannemers. Kortom, je speelt een sleutelrol in het verbeteren van processen en draagt bij aan stabiliteit binnen de organisatie.
