De functie Als Technisch Adviseur Werktuigbouwkunde werk je aan het veilig, tijdig en correct onderhouden van technische installaties bij de Oosterscheldekering, Roompotsluis en Brouwerspuisluis. Je houdt toezicht op opdrachtnemers, borgt de onderhoudskwaliteit en beoordeelt rapportages, inspecties, storingen en Root Cause Analyses. Binnen het technische team adviseer je over onderhoudsprocessen en ondersteun je bij technische toetsen en vraagspecificaties. Jouw taken - Toezicht houden op het juist, tijdig en veilig onderhouden van werktuigbouwkundige technische installaties. - De kwaliteit borgen van het door opdrachtnemers uitgevoerde werktuigbouwkundige onderhoud. - Onderhoudsrapportages beoordelen en toezien op de juiste vastlegging van onderhoud in het onderhoudsmanagementsysteem. - Zorgen voor de juiste toepassing van contractuele eisen voor preventief onderhoud en het daaruit voortvloeiende volgwerk. - Volgwerk uit inspecties en storingen mede vaststellen en beoordelen, evenals door opdrachtnemers opgestelde Root Cause Analyses. - Werkzaamheden toetsen aan het contract en gemaakte afspraken, en risico's en afwijkingen signaleren. - De Technisch Manager en Contract Manager informeren en adviseren over het verloop van de onderhoudsprocessen. - Technische vraagspecificaties aanleveren voor klein variabel onderhoud en ondersteunen bij proces- en producttoetsen op technische risico's en onderhoudsprocessen. Wij vragen - Minimaal een afgeronde HBO-opleiding in de richting van werktuigbouw. - Kennis van en minimaal 3 jaar aantoonbare werkervaring met advisering in het kennisveld werktuigbouw. - Kennis van en minimaal 5 jaar aantoonbare werkervaring met het ontwerpen, bouwen, onderhouden en inspecteren van werktuigbouwkundige installaties. - J...
