Je zorgt dat collega's efficiënt kunnen werken door optimale digitale ondersteuning en werkt nauw samen met collega's binnen en buiten I&A. Werkbelasting: 36-40 uur per week met minimaal 2 dagen per week op het Provinciehuis te Arnhem ; de overige dagen zijn in overleg thuiswerken mogelijk. Verantwoordelijkheden - Uitvoeren van technische 2e- en 3e-lijnswerkzaamheden m.b.t. Microsoft 365 (adviseren, impact bepalen, technisch complexe zaken inrichten, meldingen afhandelen, issues oplossen) - Proactief beheren van de M365-omgeving - Automatiseren en opnieuw beleggen van Microsoft 365-gerelateerde werkzaamheden - Vernieuwen van de techniek achter het intranet en uitvoering geven aan het project SharePoint Modern sites - Begeleiden en uitvoeren van wijzigingen aan ICT-systemen, inclusief impactanalyses en bijdragen aan besluitprocessen - Bijdragen aan goed en actueel versiebeheer en configuratiebeheer Vereiste kennis en vaardigheden - Technische expertise Microsoft 365 : SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Viva Engage, Exchange Online, Purview, Defender en Entra - Proactieve ondersteuning en monitoring van nieuwe Microsoft-ontwikkelingen en wijzigingen - Ervaring met 2e- en 3e-lijns ondersteuning - Sterke analytische vaardigheden en oplossingsgerichtheid - Goed kunnen samenwerken, maar ook zelfstandig initiatief nemen - Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden; complexe informatie helder overbrengen aan zowel vakinhoudelijke als niet-technische gebruikers - Overzicht houden, prioriteiten stellen en werkzaamheden effectief organiseren Ran...
