Voor een groeiende handelsorganisatie zoeken wij een Applicatiebeheerder ERP/WMS die graag de verbinding legt tussen systemen, processen en gebruikers. In deze veelzijdige functie ben jij hét aanspreekpunt voor applicaties binnen de organisatie. Je zorgt ervoor dat systemen optimaal functioneren, ondersteunt gebruikers en denkt actief mee over verbeteringen en nieuwe mogelijkheden. Wat ga je doen? - Oplossen van functionele en technische vraagstukken binnen diverse bedrijfsapplicaties. - Ondersteunen van gebruikers en fungeren als eerste aanspreekpunt voor applicatiegerelateerde vragen. - Analyseren van knelpunten in processen en vertalen naar passende systeemoplossingen. - Beheren, testen en implementeren van wijzigingen, updates en nieuwe releases. - Coördineren van complexe vraagstukken met externe leveranciers. - Inrichten en optimaliseren van applicaties zodat deze maximaal bijdragen aan de bedrijfsprocessen. - Signaleren van verbeterkansen en actief bijdragen aan verdere professionalisering van de organisatie. Functie-eisen - MBO+ of HBO werk- en denkniveau. - Enkele jaren ervaring als Applicatiebeheerder of in een vergelijkbare functie. - Sterke affiniteit met de technische kant van applicaties en systeeminrichting. - Ervaring met ERP-, WMS- of vergelijkbare bedrijfsapplicaties. - Kennis van koppelingen tussen systemen en applicaties. - Je bent analytisch, zelfstandig en oplossingsgericht. - Je kunt goed schakelen tussen gebruikers, leveranciers en interne collega's. - Ervaring met projectmatig werken en/of Business Intelligence is een pré. - Beschikbaarheid op vrijdag is een vereiste.
