FUNCTIE OMSCHRIJVING

Forum Jobs zoekt versterking bij een sterke werkgever! Iemand die het heerlijk vindt om zélf de touwtjes in handen te hebben, die warm wordt van techniek (ook al werk je in de diepvries) en die het leuk vindt om een omgeving te runnen waar jij de enige bent die écht weet wat er gebeurt. Als brugmedewerker word jij de onmisbare held van de luchtbrug: jij lost storingen op nog voor iemand anders doorheeft dat er iets misloopt. Je krijgt een job met vrijheid, autonomie en een stevige mix tussen techniek en heftruckwerk. En ja: het is fysiek, koud en soms pittig — maar net dat maakt dit een job die je met trots kan doen.

Wat je dagelijks doet:

  • Je lost storingen op aan de luchtbrug en zorgt voor een vlotte werking
  • Je rijdt vlot en veilig met de heftruck (20–30% van je job)
  • Je werkt in een diepvriesomgeving en doet dat grotendeels alleen
  • Je verricht fysiek werk, inclusief regelmatig trappen lopen
  • Je werkt 70–80% aan technische interventies

PROFIEL

  • Heel goede heftruckervaring (attest is een pluspunt)
  • Technisch sterk en probleemoplossend ingesteld
  • Zelfstandig kunnen werken — je staat vaak alleen in de diepvries
  • Fysiek in orde: trappen, koude en beweging maken deel uit van de job
  • Nauwkeurig, verantwoordelijk en stressbestendig
  • Bereid om te werken in een diepvriesomgeving
