Als Technisch Medewerker Offertedienst ben je verantwoordelijk voor het nauwkeurig verwerken van prijsaanvragen en het opstellen van offertes voor onze klanten binnen de domeinen verwarming, ventilatie en sanitair. Je werkt daarbij intensief samen met collega’s en het salesteam om de commerciële groei van het bedrijf verder te versterken.

Je takenpakket omvat onder meer:

  • Het behandelen van binnenkomende prijsaanvragen en het opmaken van duidelijke, correcte offertes
  • Het uitvoeren van meetstaten, zowel vanaf de basis als op basis van bestaande projectdocumentatie
  • Het grondig doornemen en juist interpreteren van lastenboeken
  • Het aanvragen en opvolgen van prijsramingen bij leveranciers
  • Het beantwoorden van klantvragen en het geven van technisch advies, waarbij je jouw kennis actief deelt met het team en de organisatie ondersteunt
  • Je combineert jouw technische expertise met een sterke commerciële ingesteldheid. Dankzij je uitstekende communicatieve en klantgerichte vaardigheden weet je moeiteloos contact te leggen met klanten en andere betrokken partijen.
  • Je drukt je vlot uit in het Nederlands en beschikt over een basiskennis van het Frans.
  • Ervaring met het verwerken van lastenboeken en meetstaten is essentieel. Daarnaast heb je kennis van verwarming en sanitair, opgebouwd via opleiding of praktijkervaring.
  • Ervaring met Navision is mooi meegenomen.
