Een calculatie moet kloppen. Niet alleen tot op de komma, maar ook praktisch haalbaar zijn. In deze functie krijg je verantwoordelijkheid over calculaties voor wegenbouw, beton en burgerlijke bouwkunde, binnen een grote en stabiele aannemer. Je werkt samen met ervaren collega's en hebt rechtstreeks contact met de mensen die de projecten voorbereiden en uitvoeren.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je maakt calculaties op in het ERP-pakket.
  • Je verzamelt en verwerkt prijzen van leveranciers en onderaannemers.
  • Je neemt transport en personeelsinschattingen mee in je calculaties.
  • Je bereidt prijsvoorstellen voor.
  • Je stemt dagelijks af met projectleiders, werkvoorbereiding en interne diensten.
  • Je beoordeelt nieuwe informatie vanuit werven en bepaalt wat relevant is voor je dossier.
  • Je bewaakt de volledigheid en correctheid van je calculaties zonder onnodig tijd te verliezen in details.
  • Werfbezoeken zijn uitzonderlijk en gebeuren voornamelijk voor vergaderingen of de opvolging van fases.
  • Je volgt een tweejarig opleidingsplan en bouwt verder aan een zelfstandige rol.

Waar ga je werken? Je komt terecht bij een grote speler binnen de wegenbouw, actief in verschillende disciplines: algemene wegenwerken, riolering en grondwerken, asfalt, beton en burgerlijke bouwkunde. Ook productie en technische ondersteuning zijn intern georganiseerd. Binnen de calculatiedienst werk je samen met ervaren collega's. De dagelijkse werking wordt inhoudelijk ondersteund door collega's met ruime ervaring, terwijl de eindverantwoordelijkheid binnen het bedrijfsbureau ligt. De cultuur is nuchter en professioneel. Er wordt verwacht dat je je verantwoordelijkheid neemt, maar je hoeft niet voortdurend onder hoge druk te presteren of op korte termijn een managementrol na te streven.

  • Bachelor of master Bouwkunde.
  • 5 tot 10 jaar ervaring met wegenbouwprojecten, tot klasse 8.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands.
  • Ervaring als calculator binnen wegenbouw is een grote plus
  • Ervaring met beton- of burgerlijke bouwkundeprojecten is een grote plus
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd.
  • Je kunt zelfstandig prioriteiten stellen en dossiers binnen de vooropgestelde timing afwerken.
  • Je bent iemand die verantwoordelijkheid neemt voor de correctheid van zijn werk.
