  • Je behandelt inkomende renovatieaanvragen van particuliere en professionele klanten.
  • Je analyseert technische dossiers en brengt de situatie van de klant grondig in kaart.
  • Je adviseert klanten over mogelijke renovatieoplossingen en begeleidt hen in hun keuzeproces.
  • Je stelt technische berekeningen en kostencalculaties op voor renovatieprojecten.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurige en commercieel aantrekkelijke offertes uit.
  • Je onderhoudt regelmatig telefonisch contact met klanten om dossiers op te volgen.
  • Je presenteert prijsvoorstellen en licht offertes duidelijk toe aan klanten.
  • Je stemt af met projectleiders, opmeters en andere interne stakeholders om tot de beste oplossing te komen.
  • Je bewaakt de kwaliteit, haalbaarheid en rendabiliteit van elk project.
  • Je zorgt na verkoop voor een duidelijke overdracht naar de projectleiding en volgt een vlotte opstart van het project mee op.
  • Jij hebt een eerste ervaring in een commerciële, klantgerichte of technische functie.
  • Jij bent communicatief sterk en voelt je comfortabel in telefonisch klantencontact.
  • Jij beschikt over een sterk technisch inzicht of een uitgesproken interesse om technische kennis op te bouwen.
  • Jij bent analytisch en werkt nauwkeurig bij het opmaken van calculaties en offertes.
  • Jij bent in staat om complexe technische vragen op een duidelijke manier uit te leggen.
  • Jij denkt oplossingsgericht en adviseert klanten met vertrouwen en expertise.
  • Jij bent stressbestendig en presteert goed binnen een omgeving met een stevige werkdruk.
  • Jij werkt gestructureerd en houdt overzicht over meerdere dossiers tegelijk.
  • Jij kan je professioneel uitdrukken in het Frans.
  • Jij bent een teamspeler die graag samenwerkt met collega's uit verschillende afdelingen.
