Voor een gevestigde speler binnen de HVAC-sector zijn wij op zoek naar een Commercieel Technisch Adviseur HVAC voor de regio Erpe-Mere. In deze functie combineer je technische kennis met commerciële vaardigheden en ben je verantwoordelijk voor het onderhouden en uitbouwen van duurzame klantenrelaties. Je fungeert als aanspreekpunt voor klanten en begeleidt hen naar de meest geschikte oplossing voor hun behoeften.

Jobomschrijving

  • Je onderhoudt bestaande klantenrelaties en bouwt actief een netwerk van nieuwe klanten uit.
  • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten en vertegenwoordigt de organisatie op een professionele manier.
  • Je analyseert de behoeften van klanten en vertaalt deze naar een passende technische oplossing.
  • Je stelt offertes op en volgt deze nauwgezet op.
  • Je begeleidt klanten gedurende het volledige commerciële traject.
  • Je combineert commerciële inzichten met technisch advies om klanten optimaal te ondersteunen.
  • Je beschikt over een technische opleiding of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Ervaring of affiniteit met de HVAC-sector is een sterke troef.
  • Je ben een echte sales en haalt voldoening uit klantencontact.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig en neemt initiatief.
  • Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en hebt een goede kennis van het Frans.
