Ben jij klantvriendelijk en technisch tegelijkertijd? Ben je op zoek naar een binnenfunctie? Is telefoneren voor jou geen probleem? Dan maken we graag kennis met je in functie van deze leuke vacature als technisch-commercieel medewerker.

Als technisch-commercieel medewerker voor onze klant sta je in voor volgende zaken:

  • samen met de andere collega's zorgen voor een goede klantenrelatie
  • technische vraagstukken helpen oplossen (zowel telefonisch als aan de balie)
  • technische fiches voorbereiden
  • communiceren met klanten over onderhoud en reparaties van hun toestellen
  • garantiegevallen uitzoeken met en voor onze leveranciers
  • eventueel ook op technisch vlak bijspringen bij bepaalde herstellingen of technische onderzoeken

De firma waar je terecht komt staat in voor het verkopen van alles rond water: pompen, dompelpompen, stuurkasten, waterslangen, sproeiers, ...

Profiel

Heb je al zin om te starten? We geven je graag de verwachtingen mee van de klant:

  • Uiteraard: passie voor techniek en klantenservice!
  • Bij voorkeur een eerdere ervaring in een technisch-commerciële rol (elektriciteit & hydraulica)
  • Perfecte beheersing van de Nederlandse taal en een goede kennis van het Engels
  • Je kan overweg met de pc, bij voorkeur heb je ervaring met het MS office pakket
  • Je hebt een net en goed voorkomen en straalt vertrouwen uit naar de klant toe, je bent als het ware mee het uithangbord voor je werkgever

  • Het loon wordt bepaald naargelang je verwachtingen en eerdere ervaringen en/of diploma. We kunnen wel meegeven dat dit zeker marktconform zal zijn!
  • Een voltijds contract: je zal starten via weekcontracten en na een positieve interimperiode zal je een vast contract aangeboden krijgen bij je werkgever. Werk je nog en wil je liever onmiddellijk een vast contract? Twijfel ook dan niet om ons te contacteren! We kijken graag samen met jou en onze klant wat mogelijk is.
