Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: Adviseren van klanten over technische producten, onderdelen en maatwerkoplossingen; Verwerken en technisch beoordelen van klantaanvragen; Bespreken van aanvragen met productie, inkoop, leveranciers en andere interne afdelingen; Opstellen, uitwerken en opvolgen van offertes; Maken en controleren van prijsberekeningen en technische specificaties; Controleren van technische tekeningen en specificaties; Verwerken en bewaken van orders; Bewaken van levertijden, planningen en gemaakte afspraken; Onderhouden van contact met bestaande klanten; Ondersteunen bij aftersales en commerciële vraagstukken; Afstemmen met leveranciers over prijzen, kwaliteit en levertijden.
