Zo ziet jouw werkdag eruit Als Technisch Commercieel Medewerker Binnendienst ben jij de technische ondersteuning van de buitendienst. Jij zorgt ervoor dat accountmanagers hun klanten kunnen voorzien van een technisch én commercieel sterk voorstel. Daarnaast ben je het aanspreekpunt voor technische vragen van klanten en collega's. Je belangrijkste werkzaamheden zijn: - Opstellen van calculaties in Excel. - Maken van technische offertes. - Verwerken van orders in Exact. - Beheren van de sales mailbox. - Omzetten van wijzigingsverzoeken vanuit de supportafdeling naar nieuwe orders. - Technisch ondersteunen van de buitendienst. - Beantwoorden van technische vragen van klanten. Daarnaast houd je je bezig met: - Opvolging geven aan uitgebrachte offertes. - Afstemmen met projectmanagers, support en andere interne afdelingen. - Verwerken van wijzigingsverzoeken vanuit projecten. - Opstellen en aanpassen van AutoCAD-tekeningen. - Af en toe meegaan met de buitendienst naar klanten of internationale projectlocaties. Met wie werk je samen? Je komt terecht in een team van twee Technisch Commercieel Medewerkers Binnendienst en rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Sales Manager. Daarnaast werk je dagelijks samen met collega's van de supportafdeling (IT), projectmanagement en de buitendienst.
