Hier ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor de controle van containers en zorg je ervoor dat alles veilig, correct en volgens de regels verloopt. Geen dag is hetzelfde en je leert direct hoe het er in een moderne havenomgeving aan toegaat. Daarna groei je stap voor stap door naar de reparatieafdeling. Hier leer je het vak écht in de praktijk. Samen met ervaren collega's werk je aan containers die onderhoud nodig hebben of schade hebben opgelopen. Denk aan herstellen, vervangen, lassen en sleutelen aan indrukwekkend havenmaterieel. Je loopt dagelijks mee met ervaren vakmensen en krijgt steeds meer verantwoordelijkheid. Zodra je het werk beheerst, ga je zelfstandig aan de slag als Technisch Havenmedewerker. Wat ga je doen: - Containers visueel inspecteren bij de terminalpoort; - Gegevens verwerken met een handheld computer; - Toezien op veiligheid en naleving van de regels; - Containers aanmelden voor reparatie of onderhoud; - Reparaties uitvoeren, zoals deuken herstellen, onderdelen vervangen en lassen; - Onderhoud uitvoeren aan gereedschap en materialen. Wat bieden wij - Vanaf € 3.150,- bruto per maand inclusief 14% ploegentoeslag; - Reiskostenvergoeding afhankelijk van je woonplaats; - Intern opleidingstraject; - Pensioenregeling bij Stipp pensioenfonds; - Uitzicht op een vast contract; - 8,33% vakantiegeld; - 27 vakantiedagen.
