De Brug vzw is een erkend maatwerkbedrijf met meer dan 400 gemotiveerde medewerkers. Onze kerntaak is het bieden van duurzame tewerkstelling aan mensen met een afstand tot de reguliere arbeidsmarkt, binnen een professionele en ondersteunende omgeving. Wij excelleren in drie hoofdclusters: industriële productie, verpakking en montage, en dit in-house of op locatie ( klant&KLAAR).

Onze fiets- & wielbouwafdeling is in volle groei, we produceren wielen op 2 wielbouwlijnen en starten een tweede assemblagelijn voor nieuwe fietsen op.

Wat houdt de functie in?

Als assistent werkleider bent u de spil tussen de technische voorbereiding en de uitvoering op de werkvloer. U onderhoudt dagdagelijks het klantencontact en bent verantwoordelijk voor de kwaliteitscontrole. U ondersteunt de werkleider en de afdelingsverantwoordelijke en bent de cruciale schakel in het begeleiden van onze medewerkers.

U zorgt ervoor dat de geproduceerde (elektrische) fietsen kwaliteitsvol afgemonteerd worden en waakt erover dat juiste skills ontwikkeld en juiste tools gebruikt worden.

️ Uw Hoofdtaken:

  • Technische Voorbereiding: In overleg met de afdeling plan je dagelijks de uit te voeren taken, je verzamelt, beheert en inventariseert het werkmateriaal dat je die dag nodig hebt. U bent technisch vakkundig en zorgt voor een vlotte opstart van de processen.
  • Instructies Overbrengen (Cruciaal): U vertaalt complexe productiestappen naar concrete, duidelijke en op maat gemaakte instructies voor onze medewerkers. U bent de coach die hen begeleidt, het nodige geduld uitoefent en hen met rust en gezag naar een kwalitatief eindproduct leidt.
  • Productiebegeleiding & Opvolging: U bewaakt de productie op de vloer, volgt de planning op en ziet toe op de kwaliteit en kwantiteit van de afgewerkte taken. U lost dagdagelijkse problemen op en koppelt correct terug naar de (hoofd)werkleider.
  • Wanneer u niet op locatie werkt wordt u intern ingeschakeld in ondersteunende processen op de eigen productievloeren (elektromontage, assemblage)

Uw Profiel: De Perfecte Match

U beschikt over een combinatie van technische deskundigheid en sterke didactische/communicatieve vaardigheden om instructies over te brengen aan de doelgroep.

Je ademt fiets, het is een passie en je wil je verdiepen in de productie van een hoogkwalitatief eindproduct.

Kennis & Ervaring:

  • Opleiding: Minimum A2-niveau (TSO 3e graad) of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Technische Kennis: U heeft een uitstekend technisch en ruimtelijk inzicht en kennis van basis productietechnieken .
  • PC Vaardigheden: Goede basiskennis van PC en Office, met de bereidheid om te werken met ons ERP-systeem.

  • Instructiekracht: U bent geduldig, empathisch en bezit het inzicht om opdrachten en instructies concreet en gestructureerd aan te bieden, rekening houdend met de arbeidsbeperkingen van de medewerkers.
  • Communicatie en Respect: U straalt rust en gezag uit, behoudt het overzicht en geeft respectvolle, open feedback aan uw collega's.
  • Verantwoordelijkheid & Initiatief: U bent ordelijk en nauwkeurig, stelt prioriteiten bij productiedeadlines en durft constructieve voorstellen te doen om processen te verbeteren.
  • Samenwerking: U werkt nauw samen met de werkleider en andere afdelingsverantwoordelijken om een gemeenschappelijk doel na te streven.
