Als Technisch klantenservice medewerker help je klanten met slimme oplossingen en krijg je alle ruimte om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen. Wij bieden - Een bruto maandsalaris van €3.000 tot €4.000 op fulltime basis; - Direct een jaarcontract met uitzicht op een vaste aanstelling; - Een 13e maand; - Een goede pensioenregeling; - Reiskostenvergoeding van € 0,23 per kilometer; - 28 vakantiedagen bij een fulltime werkweek; - Veel ruimte voor eigen inbreng, creativiteit en initiatief. Functieomschrijving Als Technisch klantenservice medewerker ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten van de Nederlandse en Duitse webshop. Je helpt zowel particuliere als zakelijke klanten via telefoon, e-mail en chat en zorgt ervoor dat zij snel en goed worden geholpen. De vragen die je krijgt zijn technisch, logistiek én administratief van aard. Je helpt klanten bijvoorbeeld bij het gebruik van de website, configurator en rekentool. Ook beantwoord je vragen over de verschillende producten en maak je berekeningen om klanten te helpen de juiste gasveer te kiezen. Daarnaast verwerk je bestellingen en houd je contact met leveranciers over leveringen. Kom je een probleem tegen? Dan analyseer je wat er aan de hand is, bepaal je de prioriteit en zoek je zelfstandig naar een passende oplossing. Waar nodig schakel je de leverancier in. Je hebt hierdoor veel contact met verschillende partijen en krijgt een functie waarin je technische kennis, communicatieve vaardigheden en oplossingsgerichtheid dagelijks samenkomen.
