Jobomschrijving

Voor onze klant in Ninove zijn we op zoek naar een Technisch Logistiek Bediende die graag de combinatie maakt tussen techniek, logistiek, administratie en klantencontact.

In deze functie zorg je er samen met je collega voor dat klanten en techniekers snel over de juiste onderdelen beschikken. Een vrachtwagen die stilstaat, moet immers zo snel mogelijk opnieuw de baan op. Snelheid, nauwkeurigheid en een goede opvolging zijn dan ook belangrijk.

Jouw taken en verantwoordelijkheden

  • Je zorgt voor de volledige toelevering van onderdelen.
  • Je verwerkt bestellingen en volgt leveringen van verschillende leveranciers op.
  • Je controleert of de geleverde onderdelen correct zijn en verwerkt de bijhorende administratie.
  • Je staat in voor stockbeheer en zorgt ervoor dat de voorraad correct wordt opgevolgd.
  • Je controleert en keurt aankoopfacturen goed.
  • Je verwerkt creditnota's en volgt retourzendingen van foutieve of beschadigde onderdelen op.
  • Je maakt klachtenformulieren op wanneer er iets misloopt met een levering of onderdeel.
  • Je helpt klanten verder en geeft hen uitleg over de beschikbare onderdelen.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat bestellingen en onderdelen zo snel mogelijk bij de juiste klant of dienst terechtkomen.
  • Je werkt met onderdelen van verschillende leveranciers en merken. Technische kennis van auto onderdelen is hierdoor vereist.

Praktisch:

  • Om de twee weken werk je op zaterdag.
  • Je werkt in een 35u week. Via een badgesysteem worden overuren geregistreerd. Deze uren kunnen later worden gerecupereerd.
  • Tijdens de laatste week van december kan er geen verlof opgenomen worden.

Voor deze functie zoeken we iemand die:

  • Een technische basiskennis heeft en interesse heeft in voertuigen en wisselstukken.
  • Graag wil bijleren en zich nieuwe technische informatie eigen maakt.
  • Veel doorzettingsvermogen heeft en niet snel opgeeft.
  • Energie krijgt van een actieve, verantwoordelijke en gevarieerde job.
  • Nauwkeurig werkt en administratieve opvolging niet uit de weg gaat.
  • Klantgericht is en graag klanten verder helpt met technisch advies.
  • Heel goed Nederlands spreekt en begrijpt. Bij voorkeur heb je ook een goede basiskennis Frans.
  • Open staat voor een intensief opleidingstraject waarbij veel informatie op je afkomt.
