Je stuurt de technische voorbereiding en realisatie van meerdere stationsprojecten aan, waarbij je de technische kwaliteit waarborgt en een team van werkvoorbereiders coacht. Wat ga je doen als Technisch Manager? - Verantwoordelijk zijn voor de technische kwaliteit van bouwkundige stationsprojecten binnen het Alliander-contract - Aansturen van ontwerp-, engineering- en voorbereidingsprocessen van initiatiefase tot as-built oplevering - Coachend leidinggeven aan een team van werkvoorbereiders en collega's helpen in hun ontwikkeling - Projecten sturen op budget, planning, kwaliteit en klanttevredenheid - Ontwerpen toetsen op haalbaarheid, uitvoerbaarheid, veiligheid, onderhoudbaarheid en kosten - Adviseren van projectmanagement en opdrachtgever over technische keuzes, optimalisaties en risico's - Borgen van integrale afstemming tussen ontwerp, werkvoorbereiding en uitvoering - Signaleren van technische en contractuele risico's en deze vertalen naar passende beheersmaatregelen - Bewaken van de naleving van normen, richtlijnen, vergunningen en opdrachtgeverseisen - Actief bijdragen aan innovatie, standaardisatie en kennisontwikkeling binnen het programma Wat Strukton jou biedt - Een bruto salaris tussen € 5.000,- en € 8.600,- per maand - Een ruim keuzebudget boven op je salaris, inclusief vakantiegeld - 30 vakantiedagen - Een leaseauto die past bij jouw functie en werkzaamheden...
