Je geeft leiding aan het technische team en brengt de onderhoudsorganisatie van voornamelijk correctief naar steeds meer preventief en predictive maintenance. Een uitdagende managementrol midden in de fabriek, met veel vrijheid om structuur aan te brengen, verbeteringen te realiseren en de technische dienstverlening verder uit te bouwen. Wat ga je doen? Als Technisch Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor de technische dienstverlening van Apleona voor een groot farmaceutisch bedrijf in Zwolle. Je geeft leiding aan twee technisch/facilitair coördinatoren en monteurs. De ambitie gaat verder dan goed onderhoud alleen. Jij analyseert samen met jouw team storingen en prestaties van installaties, brengt structuur aan in onderhoudsplannen en gebruikt de kennis die al binnen het ervaren team aanwezig is. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met de technische projectenorganisatie van Apleona en de technische organisatie van de klant. Je werkt letterlijk dicht op de techniek: jouw vaste werkplek bevindt zich in de fabriek. Daardoor zie je wat er speelt en kun je snel schakelen wanneer productie en continuïteit onder druk staan. De lijnen met de klant zijn kort en de omgeving is dynamisch, waardoor je stevig in je schoenen moet staan en ook onder druk overzicht houdt.
