Als Technisch Manager bewaak je de technische koers van complexe projecten aan bruggen, sluizen en andere civiele kunstwerken in Midden-Nederland. Je brengt disciplines samen, beheerst risico's en zorgt voor slimme, haalbare oplossingen. Concreet ben je verantwoordelijk voor: - Coördineren van technische disciplines binnen infra-projecten; - Bewaken van kwaliteit, eisen en technische uitgangspunten; - Signaleren en beheersen van technische risico's; - Adviseren over technische vraagstukken en oplossingsrichtingen; - Verbinden van ontwerp, uitvoering en beheer; - Afstemmen met opdrachtgevers, projectteams en andere stakeholders; - Sturen op integrale samenwerking tussen verschillende disciplines; - Signaleren van verbeterkansen, innovaties en optimalisaties. Wat neem je mee als Technisch Manager Infra? - Hbo- of wo-diploma, bij voorkeur in een technische richting; - Minimaal vijf jaar ervaring binnen complexe infrastructuurprojecten; - Ervaring met multidisciplinaire projectomgevingen; - Kennis van projectbeheersing, risicomanagement en kwaliteitsborging; - Vermogen om technische vraagstukken integraal te beoordelen; - Sterke communicatieve en organisatorische vaardigheden; - Een verbindende leiderschapsstijl en natuurlijk overwicht; - Oog voor zowel technische belangen als projectresultaten.
