Als Technisch Manager Openbare Ruimte ben jij de spil tussen ontwerp, uitvoering en beheer van infrastructurele projecten in de openbare ruimte. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het technisch aansturen van projecten waarbij je zorgt dat deze voldoen aan de hoogste kwaliteitseisen en binnen planning en budget worden opgeleverd. Je werkt nauw samen met collega-adviseurs, ontwerpers en projectleiders om tot de beste oplossingen te komen voor complexe vraagstukken in de openbare ruimte. In deze rol combineer je jouw technische kennis met managementvaardigheden. Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor opdrachtgevers en zorgt ervoor dat hun wensen en eisen worden vertaald naar haalbare en duurzame oplossingen. Daarnaast coach en begeleid je junior collega's in hun ontwikkeling, waardoor je een belangrijke rol speelt in de kennisoverdracht binnen het team. De functie biedt uitstekende doorgroeimogelijkheden richting projectleiding of senior adviseur, waarbij je steeds meer verantwoordelijkheid krijgt over grotere en complexere projecten. Jouw werkzaamheden omvatten: - Technisch aansturen en coördineren van infrastructuurprojecten in de openbare ruimte; - Opstellen van technische ontwerpen, berekeningen en adviezen voor wegen, pleinen en openbare voorzieningen; - Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor opdrachtgevers en stakeholders gedurende het gehele projectproces; - Bewaken van kwaliteit, planning en budget van projecten; - Adviseren over duurzame en innovatieve oplossingen voor infrastructurele vraagstukken; - Begeleiden en coachen van junior collega's en het delen van jouw kennis en ervaring; - Samenwerken met multidisciplinaire teams van adviseurs, ontwerpers en specialisten.
