The posting

  • Je coördineert het preventieve en correctieve onderhoud van het rollend materieel op verschillende productiesites.
  • Je motiveert, coacht en begeleidt een team van interne en externe techniekers. Je organiseert teamoverleg, evaluatiegesprekken en technische toolboxmeetings.
  • Je bewaakt de personeelsplanning en zorgt voor een passende oplossing bij afwezigheden of onverwachte wijzigingen.
  • Je waakt over veiligheid, orde en netheid in de werkplaatsen en ziet erop toe dat procedures en werkinstructies correct worden nageleefd.
  • Je volgt KPI's, onderhoudskosten, kwaliteit en technische beschikbaarheid nauwgezet op. Je vertaalt analyses naar gerichte verbeteracties.
  • Je organiseert periodiek overleg met interne stakeholders en externe servicepartners over prestaties, knelpunten en mogelijke oplossingen.
  • Je werkt samen met productie, veiligheid en aankoop aan projecten rond vlootbeheer, standaardisatie en continue verbetering.
  • Je stelt lange termijnplannen op voor de vervanging en vernieuwing van de vloot en levert technische expertise bij de aankoop en ingebruikname van nieuwe toestellen.
  • Je beheert de centrale vlootdatabase en zorgt ervoor dat alle informatie over onderhoud, inzetbaarheid, contracten en vervangingen actueel blijft.
  • Je evalueert externe partners, bewaakt de dienstverlening en zorgt ervoor dat geschikte alternatieven beschikbaar zijn.
  • Je volgt projecten rond rollend materieel en het bijbehorende trackingsysteem van dichtbij op.
  • Je beschikt over een bachelor elektromechanica, een opleiding industrieel ingenieur met afstudeerrichting automechanica of gelijkwaardige technische ervaring.
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur ervaring met rollend materieel, industriële voertuigen, heavy equipment of technisch vlootbeheer.
  • Je hebt een eerste ervaring in het aansturen, coachen of begeleiden van technische medewerkers.
  • Je denkt vooruit en zoekt structurele oplossingen in plaats van uitsluitend operationele problemen op te lossen.
  • Je bent besluitvaardig, hands-on en sterk in het stellen van prioriteiten.
  • Je combineert technisch inzicht met kostenbewustzijn en aandacht voor veiligheid en kwaliteit.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd. Excel kent voor jou weinig geheimen.
  • Je communiceert vlot met medewerkers, interne afdelingen en externe partners.
  • Naast het Nederlands kun je professioneel communiceren in het Frans en Engels.
  • Ervaring met onderhoudssoftware en/of SAP vormt een pluspunt.
