WAT GA JE DOEN ALS TECHNISCH MANAGER Het team Vastgoed, onderdeel van de afdeling Vastgoed, Facilitaire Zaken & Inkoop (VFI), is verantwoordelijk voor het technisch en commercieel beheer van alle locaties die door Abrona worden gebruikt. Als compact en deskundig team voeren zij de regie binnen de vastgestelde beleidskaders en zorgen zij voor een veilige, gezonde en toekomstbestendige woon- en werkomgeving. Zij geloven dat goede huisvesting bijdraagt aan de kwaliteit van zorg én het visitekaartje van Abrona vormt. Als Technisch Manager Vastgoed word je verantwoordelijk voor het technisch beheer, onderhoud en de instandhouding van onze vastgoedportefeuille. Je zorgt ervoor dat gebouwen veilig, functioneel en toekomstbestendig blijven voor bewoners, medewerkers en bezoekers. Je stelt onderhouds- en uitvoeringsplannen op, bewaakt de voortgang en stuurt op kwaliteit, planning en budget. Daarnaast ben je een belangrijke gesprekspartner voor interne stakeholders en externe partijen op het gebied van technisch vastgoedbeheer. Met jouw expertise draag je actief bij aan het verbeteren van de kwaliteit, duurzaamheid en veiligheid van onze gebouwen en installaties. Kerntaken en verantwoordelijkheden - Verantwoordelijk voor het planmatig, preventief en correctief onderhoud van gebouwen en installaties. - Opstellen, initiëren en bewaken van onderhouds- en uitvoeringsplannen, inclusief budgetbeheer. - Coördineren van kleine functionele aanpassingen en verbeteringen aan gebouwen. - Adviseren over de technische staat van gebouwen en mogelijkheden voor kwaliteitsverbetering. - Toezien op naleving van wet- en regelgeving op het gebied van veiligheid, kwaliteit en vastgoedbeheer. - Signaleren van risico's en initiëren van ...
