Deze onderneming is actief in de productie van interieur- en bouwmaterialen en behoort met een omzet van €3,1 miljard en meer dan 105 vestigingen tot de absolute top in haar sector. Wat houdt de job in?

  • Je stelt computergestuurde productiemachines in en bewaakt het volledige productieproces van A tot Z
  • Het coördineren van de planning op de werkvloer valt onder jouw verantwoordelijkheid en je stuurt bij waar nodig om optimale resultaten te behalen
  • Je bepaalt en past parameters aan om een vlot en efficiënt productieproces te garanderen
  • Uitvoeren van nauwkeurige kwaliteitscontroles om te zorgen dat elk product voldoet aan de vereiste normen
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de correcte verpakking van afgewerkte producten en denkt actief mee over mogelijke verbeteringen
  • Je beschikt idealiter over enige ervaring binnen een functie als operator of binnen de productie, maar jouw motivatie is voor hen het allerbelangrijkste!
  • Je werkt steeds nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor orde en netheid op de werkvloer
  • Kwaliteit staat bij jou voorop en je bent trots op wat je aflevert
  • Als echte teamplayer werk je graag samen en streef je met je collega’s voortdurend naar het beste resultaat
