Onze klant is een toonaangevend, Belgisch bedrijf en een Europese topspeler in zijn segment. Verdeeld over hun diverse sites telt deze snelgroeiende organisatie ondertussen meer dan 600 medewerkers (en counting). Gezien deze snelle groei zijn we voor deze professionele doch familiale organisatie op zoek naar een technisch operator.

Hoe ziet jouw takenpakket eruit? Als technisch operator bij onze klant kan je rekenen op een divers takenpakket. Je komt terecht in een propere, aangename werkomgeving met moderne machines.

Een aantal van jouw taken:

  • Je interpreteert de orderfiche correct en stelt de machine in.
  • Je bedient de machine en zorgt voor maximale efficiëntie en productie-output.
  • Je bewaakt de procesparameters, efficiëntie en kwaliteit, met aandacht voor de kwantiteit.
  • Je controleert regelmatig de output om tijdig fouten te ontdekken en te corrigeren.
  • Je voert preventief onderhoud uit en zorgt voor orde en netheid rond de machine.
  • Bij technische of mechanische storingen grijp je in, en voor grotere problemen schakel je de technieker in.

Op basis van je leercurve leer je verschillende posten/machines aan. Je kan dus rekenen op een erg divers takenpakket.

  • Je hebt een duidelijke feeling met techniek (al dan niet professioneel) en/of ervaring met het bedienen van moderne, complexe machines.
  • Je begrijpt en spreekt vlot Nederlands
  • Je wil in 2 of 3 ploegen werken
  • Je werkt graag kwalitatief en hebt oog voor detail
  • Je wil graag bijleren en verschillende machines leren bedienen
