Als Technisch Operator zorg je ervoor dat het productieproces in een bierbrouwerij soepel en veilig verloopt. In Rosmalen krijg je de kans om storingen op te lossen, installaties te bedienen en jouw technische kennis verder te ontwikkelen. Wat ga je doen? Als Technisch Operator werk je voor onze opdrachtgever, een bierbrouwerij in Rosmalen. Je zorgt ervoor dat machines en productie-installaties goed werken en dat het productieproces zonder onnodige onderbrekingen verloopt. Je bedient en stelt machines in, controleert de werking van de installaties en houdt de productie goed in de gaten. Ook let je op de kwaliteit van het bier en zorg je ervoor dat de geldende veiligheids- en hygiënevoorschriften worden gevolgd. Je technische kennis komt goed van pas wanneer er een storing ontstaat. Je onderzoekt de oorzaak en lost technische problemen waar mogelijk zelf op. Daarnaast voer je kleine onderhoudswerkzaamheden uit en schakel je de technische dienst in wanneer dat nodig is. Je registreert productiegegevens, signaleert afwijkingen en draagt informatie over aan collega's. Ook denk je mee over verbeteringen aan machines en processen. Zo help je om stilstand te beperken, de productkwaliteit te bewaken en de productie efficiënt te laten verlopen.
