The posting

Voor een klant in regio Mol zijn wij op zoek naar technisch sterk onderlegde operatoren.

Heb je al ervaring binnen een productieomgeving als operator en ben je op zoek naar een nieuwe uitdaging? Werk je graag in een 2‑ploegensysteem? Dan is dit dé kans om je verder te ontwikkelen in een stabiele en technische omgeving.

Als operator heb je de volgende taken:

  • Je staat in voor het opvolgen van het volledige productieproces, van het instellen van het transportsysteem tot het afregelen en bedienen van de zeefdrukinstallaties en de droogoven. Hierbij voer je de nodige kwaliteit- en procescontroles uit.
  • Voor de afvoer van glasafval maak je gebruik van de heftruck.
  • Je ondersteunt bij de onderhoudswerkzaamheden aan de coatinginstallatie (ongeveer om de drie weken), waarbij je ook een rolbrug bedient.
  • Daarnaast bewaak je continu de kwaliteit van de productie en het rendement van de installaties.

Als operator zijn we op zoek naar volgende profiel:

  • Je beschikt minimaal over een diploma middelbaar onderwijs in een technische richting, of je hebt een gelijkwaardig niveau door relevante ervaring
  • Je hebt een sterke interesse in techniek en leert graag bij
  • Je denkt oplossingsgericht en gaat proactief om met uitdagingen
  • Je bent bereid om te werken in een 2‑ploegensysteem
  • Je stelt je flexibel op en springt bij waar nodig bij vervangingen
  • Veiligheid, orde, netheid en kwaliteit staan bij jou steeds centraal
  • Als echte teamspeler hecht je veel belang aan open en duidelijke communicatie
