In deze dagdienstfunctie houd je moderne, geautomatiseerde lijnen draaiend én maak je ze beter. Lees snel verder. Over het werk Je komt te werken op een moderne, sterk geautomatiseerde productielocatie in Alkmaar. Geen ploegendienst: je werkt in dagdienst (06:00-14:45 uur), dus je middagen en avonden houd je vrij. Als technisch operator draai je niet alleen productie, je zorgt dat de lijnen blijven lopen en beter gaan lopen. Je houdt kwaliteit en doorloop in de gaten en grijpt in voordat een afwijking uitgroeit tot stilstand. Loopt een machine vast, dan zoek je de storing uit tot je de echte oorzaak te pakken hebt. Niet resetten en door, maar zorgen dat hij niet terugkomt. Je stelt machines en productieprogramma's in en sleutelt aan de instellingen tot er meer en beter product uitkomt. Zie je dat iets slimmer kan, dan zeg je het en pak je het samen op. En loopt een collega-operator ergens op vast, dan ben jij degene die even meekijkt. Wat je aan een storing doet en welke aanpassingen je maakt, leg je vast in het systeem (ERP/SAP).
