Luba Technisch operator - Velsen Noord - 32 tot 40 uur - Uitzicht op vast - Mbo Je weet precies wanneer een proces bijgestuurd moet worden en signaleert afwijkingen al voordat er een storing ontstaat. Dat vakmanschap zoeken we voor een cementproducent in de regio IJmuiden. Over het werk Vanuit de controlekamer bewaak en optimaliseer je het productieproces, op de werkvloer sta je met je handen aan de installatie. Je bewaakt het proces en stuurt bij aan de hand van de productieplanning, recepturen en instructies, en je zorgt dat de installaties bediend, geïnspecteerd en draaiende blijven. Storingen lokaliseer en verhelp je zelf, eerste- en tweedelijns, en waar nodig schakel je de Technische Dienst in. Daarnaast neem je monsters en stem je die af met het laboratorium voor de kwaliteitscontrole, verzorg je de laad- en loswerkzaamheden van schepen en vrachtwagens, en denk je mee over verbeteringen in proces en veiligheid. Geen dag is hetzelfde, en stilzitten hoort er niet bij. Wat wij bieden - Een bruto maandsalaris tussen de € 4.304,- en € 5.189,- inclusief ploegentoeslag en ingeschaald afhankelijk van opleiding en ervaring - Er wordt gewerkt in een 5-ploegendienst wat zorgt dat je extra vrije tijd hebt rondom je werktijden - Mogelijkheid om door te leren en te groeien in de procesindustrie - Je ontvangt 24 vakantiedagen en 8,33% vakantietoeslag.
