Heb jij technische kennis, werk je graag met machines en wil je jobzekerheid vanaf de eerste werkdag? Dan is deze functie iets voor jou.

Voor een toonaangevende producent van ramen en deuren zoeken we een technisch operator die mee het verschil wil maken op de productievloer. Afhankelijk van jouw ervaring en interesses kan je worden ingezet op verschillende afdelingen, waardoor geen enkele dag hetzelfde is.

Jouw taken

  • Als technisch operator speel je een belangrijke rol binnen het productieproces. Je staat in voor:
  • Het bedienen en instellen van machines en installaties.
  • Het opvolgen en bijregelen van productieprocessen.
  • Het uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles.
  • Het analyseren en voorkomen van technische storingen.
  • Het meedenken over verbeteringen op het vlak van kwaliteit, veiligheid en efficiëntie.
  • Het samenwerken met collega's en rapporteren aan de ploegverantwoordelijke.

Je kan terechtkomen op afdelingen zoals extrusie, poederlakkerij, zandstralen, assemblage of afwerking, afhankelijk van jouw talenten en ervaring.

Wie zoeken we?

Je hoeft geen ingenieur te zijn, maar we zoeken wel iemand met een sterke technische basis en een hands-on mentaliteit.

  • Je hebt ervaring in een technische functie of productieomgeving.
  • Je beschikt over een goede technische kennis, bijvoorbeeld in mechanica, elektromechanica, onderhoud of machinebouw.
  • Je denkt probleemoplossend en neemt initiatief.
  • Je werkt graag zelfstandig, maar functioneert ook goed binnen een team.
  • Je bent kwaliteitsbewust en hebt oog voor veiligheid.
  • Je bent fysiek in staat om actief werk uit te voeren.
  • Je beheerst het Nederlands zodat je technische instructies en werkbonnen correct kan begrijpen.
