Technisch Planontwikkelaar Vastgoed Dé schakel tussen opdrachtgevers en het bouwbedrijf Vast dienstverband Bouw Technisch Planontwikkeling 3121 Utrecht MBO/HBO Vast dienstverband Bouw Technisch Planontwikkeling 3121 Wat je gaat doen Als Technisch planontwikkelaar krijg je de kans om bouwplannen vanaf de eerste ideeën technisch én financieel naar een haalbaar project te brengen. Je werkt aan uiteenlopende projecten binnen de woning- en utiliteitsbouw en hebt veel invloed op de keuzes die tijdens de planontwikkeling worden gemaakt. Daar staan een salaris van € 5.000 tot € 8.000 bruto per maand en volop ontwikkelmogelijkheden tegenover. In deze functie combineer je de kennis van een technisch projectontwikkelaar met het organisatorische inzicht van een planvoorbereider en de praktische blik van een ervaren werkvoorbereider. Je houdt overzicht over het volledige voorbereidingstraject en zorgt ervoor dat ontwerp, techniek, kosten en uitvoerbaarheid goed op elkaar aansluiten. Daarbij werk je intensief samen met verschillende interne en externe specialisten. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - coördineren van bouwplannen vanaf de eerste ontwerp- en ontwikkelfase tot aan de start van de uitvoering; - beoordelen van ontwerpen op technische haalbaarheid, kwaliteit, kosten en uitvoerbaarheid; - adviseren van collega's binnen projectontwikkeling over technische vraagstukken en mogelijke oplossingen; - bewaken van de financiële haalbaarheid en sturen op een optimale verhouding tussen kosten, kwaliteit en opbrengsten; - signaleren van technische en financiële risico's en hier tijdig op anticiperen.
