Wat ga je doen?

Als Technisch Projectmanager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het voorbereiden, begeleiden en realiseren van technische projecten binnen de vastgoedportefeuille van onze opdrachtgevers. Je vertegenwoordigt de belangen van de opdrachtgever en zorgt ervoor dat projecten veilig, binnen planning, budget en volgens de afgesproken kwaliteit worden uitgevoerd.

Je werkt aan uiteenlopende projecten, zoals renovaties, verduurzaming, vervanging van technische installaties, verbouwingen en wettelijke inspecties. Daarbij stuur je externe adviseurs, aannemers en installateurs aan en bewaak je de voortgang gedurende het gehele project.

Je bent onderdeel van een multidisciplinair team van technisch managers en projectmanagers en fungeert als sparringpartner voor zowel opdrachtgevers als collega's.

Voorbeelden van taken en verantwoordelijkheden:

- Leiden van technische projecten van initiatief tot oplevering.

- Inventariseren van klantwensen en vertalen naar projectopdrachten.

- Opstellen van projectplannen, planningen en budgetten.

- Organiseren van aanbestedingen en offertetrajecten.

- Selecteren en aansturen van externe adviseurs, aannemers en installateurs.

- Bewaken van planning, budget, kwaliteit en risico's.

- Toezien op naleving van wet- en regelgeving, veiligheid en contractafspraken.

- Verzorgen van projectrapportages richting opdrachtgever.

- Organiseren en begeleiden van bouw- en projectvergaderingen.

- Bewaken van meer- en minderwerk.

- Coördineren van opleveringen, nazorg en overdracht naar beheer.

- Signaleren van kansen op het gebied van duurza
