Jij & jouw functie Als Technisch Projectleider Werktuigbouwkunde ken je de geheimen van toekomstbestendige werktuigbouwkundige installaties. Je onderzoekt wat technisch haalbaar is en stuurt ontwerpteams, aannemers en technisch specialisten aan bij renovaties en uitbreidingen van Rabobank-vastgoed. Daarbij houd je overzicht op kwaliteit, planning en budget. Ook in een kantoor dat tijdens de werkzaamheden gewoon in gebruik blijft. Voorbeelden uit de praktijk - Revitaliseren van gebouwdelen, waarbij je installaties vervangt en ruimtes opnieuw inricht terwijl het kantoor in gebruik blijft. - Verduurzamen van de volledige werktuigbouwkundige installatie van een gebouw. - Vervangen van regeltechniek binnen het vastgoed van Rabobank.
