Daarmee draag je direct bij aan de technische inzetbaarheid van de Koninklijke Marine. Je werkt binnen de Directie Materiële Instandhouding (DMI), waar dagelijks wordt gewerkt aan het onderhouden en verbeteren van het materieel van de Koninklijke Marine. In jouw functie beweeg je je op het snijvlak van techniek, onderhoud en coördinatie. Belangrijker is dat je informatie goed kunt doorgronden, verbanden ziet en weet welke partijen en bronnen je nodig hebt. Denk aan sensoren, wapensystemen en andere systemen die essentieel zijn voor de operationele inzet van een schip. Wanneer een schip in een periode van groot onderhoud ligt, worden deze systemen uitgebreid gecontroleerd, onderhouden, getest en waar nodig aangepast. Jij zorgt ervoor dat de technische informatie hierover goed wordt vertaald naar de werkzaamheden die tijdens zo'n onderhoudsperiode moeten worden uitgevoerd. - het opstellen, controleren en verbeteren van de onderhouds- en reparatielijst: de concrete lijst met werkzaamheden die tijdens een onderhoudsperiode aan een schip moeten worden uitgevoerd; - het afstemmen van werkzaamheden met technische specialisten, engineers, planners en de bemanning van marineschepen; - het beantwoorden van technische vragen van gebruikers en het coördineren van inspecties en testen die voorafgaand aan onderhoud worden uitgevoerd; - het bewaken van de voortgang en samen...
