Als Technisch Specialist NOC bij The People Group combineer je jouw technische kennis van telecom en glasvezel met coördinatie en probleemoplossend vermogen. Vanuit het Network Operations Center (NOC) in Oss bewaak je de beschikbaarheid en kwaliteit van netwerken. Je analyseert incidenten, coördineert werkzaamheden van technici en zorgt dat storingen binnen de gemaakte SLA-afspraken worden opgelost. Daarbij ben je een belangrijk technisch aanspreekpunt voor zowel collega's als opdrachtgevers. Een uitdagende functie voor een ervaren telecomspecialist die graag vooruitdenkt, verantwoordelijkheid neemt en ook onder druk het overzicht bewaart. Je schakelt tussen techniek, coördinatie en communicatie en zorgt ervoor dat incidenten van melding tot afronding goed worden opgepakt. - Registreren, analyseren en afhandelen van incidenten in de daarvoor bestemde beheerssystemen; - Analyseren van technische storingen en bepalen van de juiste vervolgacties; - Aansturen van technici en coördineren van werkzaamheden op locatie; - Bewaken van de voortgang en zorgen dat werkzaamheden binnen de afgesproken SLA's worden uitgevoerd; - Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles op lopende werkzaamheden; - Onderhouden van contact met monteurs, collega's en opdrachtgevers; - Werken met en beoordelen van technische documentatie, lasplannen en fiberdesigns; - Administratief en financieel afronden van incidenten; - Actief bijhouden van ontwikkelingen binnen telecom, glasvezel en netwerkbeheer en deze kennis delen met ...
