Ben jij die technische rots in de branding die klanten met de glimlach helpt bij elk technisch vraagstuk? Dan is deze uitdaging als support medewerker zeker iets voor jou!

Je komt terecht bij een sterk uitgebouwde groep met meer dan 300 medewerkers verspreid over heel België, actief in verschillende takken van de techniek: van elektronische beveiliging tot elektrotechniek, HVAC, PV-installaties en industriële engineering. Binnen deze groep werk jij specifiek voor de divisie die zich toelegt op beveiligingsoplossingen zoals alarmsystemen, camerabewaking, toegangscontrole en branddetectie. In deze afdeling draait alles om maatwerk: geen standaardpakketten, maar oplossingen die perfect zijn afgestemd op de klant en die via een centraal platform naadloos met elkaar verbonden worden. Je komt terecht in een gespecialiseerde omgeving met sterke technische expertise en korte communicatielijnen.

Je werkt vanuit het kantoor in de regio Melsele, met daarnaast een ondersteunende vestiging in de omgeving van Roeselare. Het team bestaat uit geëngageerde collega’s die graag kennis delen, samenwerken en elkaar vooruithelpen. Binnen deze organisatie krijg je ruimte om te groeien, initiatief te nemen en echt impact te maken op de klanttevredenheid.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Jij bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor technische vragen over alarminstallaties, camerabeveiliging, toegangscontrole en branddetectie
  • Je helpt klanten en collega’s telefonisch, via e-mail of chat met technische storingen en gebruiksvragen
  • Je denkt actief mee over oplossingen en schakelt snel door met collega’s indien nodig
  • Je ondersteunt techniekers in het veld met technische info en zorgt dat zij vlot hun werk kunnen doen
  • Je documenteert je bevindingen zorgvuldig zodat iedereen kan meelezen en bijleren
  • Klanten krijgen van jou duidelijke en vriendelijke uitleg, ook wanneer het even tegenzit
  • Je zorgt voor een professionele en efficiënte opvolging bij elk contactmoment
  • Je beschikt over een technische opleiding of gelijkwaardige ervaring binnen elektronische systemen
  • Ervaring in technische support of hands-on kennis van beveiligingstechniek is een must
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Engels, zodat je vlot kan communiceren met klanten en collega’s
