The posting

Technische teams aansturen, storingen structureel terugdringen en tegelijk een moderne productieomgeving verder optimaliseren. Dat is de kern van deze rol voor een lead technieker die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt op de werkvloer.

Binnen een grootschalige voedingsproductieomgeving draaien geautomatiseerde productielijnen vrijwel continu. De technische dienst speelt een sleutelrol in de betrouwbaarheid, beschikbaarheid en verdere ontwikkeling van de installaties.

Deze functie combineert praktijkgerichte techniek met operationeel leiderschap. Naast het coachen van een team techniekers krijg je de ruimte om werkmethodes te verbeteren, verandertrajecten te begeleiden en mee richting te geven aan de technische werking van de site.

Technisch Teamleader - Functieomschrijving:

  • Leiderschap: Je coördineert dagelijks een team van techniekers, bewaakt de planning en zorgt ervoor dat technische interventies efficiënt en kwaliteitsvol worden uitgevoerd.
  • Optimalisatie: Je ondersteunt preventief onderhoud, analyseert terugkerende storingen en zet gerichte verbeteracties op die de betrouwbaarheid van installaties verhogen.
  • Samenwerking: Je stemt af met productie, werkvoorbereiding en externe partners en zorgt ervoor dat technische prioriteiten naadloos aansluiten op de operationele noden.

Technisch Teamleader - Profiel:

  • Technische expertise: Je beschikt over bachelor-denkniveau in een technische richting en combineert een brede kennis van automatisatie, elektromechanica, elektriciteit en mechanica met praktijkervaring in een productieomgeving.
  • People management: Je hebt ervaring met het aansturen van medewerkers en slaagt erin mensen mee te krijgen in veranderingen, verbeteringen en nieuwe werkwijzen.
  • Communicatie: Je werkt gestructureerd, behoudt overzicht in een productieomgeving en communiceert vlot in het Nederlands met een goede kennis van het Engels.
