De klant staat centraal bij het ontwerpen van hun nieuwe houten woning, maar het ontwerp moet uiteraard ook technisch haalbaar zijn. Met jouw technisch inzicht zorg jij er voor dat de woningen daadwerkelijk gerealiseerd kunnen worden door onze timmermannen. Je denkt vooruit, signaleert knelpunten en bewaakt de technische kwaliteit. Een verantwoordelijke rol dus! Wie ben jij? Bij Geldersche Woningbouw hebben we alles onder één dak: van visualisaties tot de technische uitwerking en de productie van houten gebouwen doen we allemaal zelf. Als technisch tekenaar vertaal jij de visualisaties van onze ontwerpers naar een technisch uitgewerkte bouwtekening. Op basis van jouw tekeningen worden materialen ingekocht en weten onze timmermannen in de werkplaats precies wat er prefab geproduceerd moet worden. Vervolgens kunnen de montagemedewerkers het houten gebouw succesvol plaatsen. Een grote verantwoordelijkheid dus! Je gaat daarom ook in gesprek met de vakmannen en externen zoals constructeurs. Je hebt technisch inzicht, vaardigheid met verschillende tekenprogramma's en je bent resultaatgericht. Wat vragen wij van jou? - Sterk technisch inzicht - Proactieve en zelfstandige werkhouding - Nauwkeurig, met oog voor detail - Communicatief vaardig - Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring met Tekla of een soortgelijk CAD-programma Wat hebben we te bieden?
