In deze baan werk je aan duurzame renovatieprojecten in de sociale woningbouw . Je maakt Revit modellen van bestaande woningen op basis van onder andere oude bouwtekeningen. Samen met het planontwikkelingsteam vertaal je ideeën naar 3D-beelden, tekeningen en details die bewoners écht verder helpen. We zoeken iemand met bouwkundige ervaring, die Revit goed beheerst en energie krijgt van samenwerken. Je werkt aan projecten in regio Zuid-Holland, vaak op kantoor én soms op locatie. De voornaamste reden is het visueel maken van het project, zodat alle bewoners een duidelijk beeld hebben van wat er gaat gebeuren. Je kan de onderstaande werkzaamheden specifiek verwachten: - revit modellen maken op basis van point - gebouwen inmeten en de bestaande situatie uitwerken in 3D - samenwerken met planontwikkelaars en architecten - presentatietekeningen voor bewoners en opdrachtgevers - bouwkundige tekeningen leveren voor verschillende fases van het project - tekenwerk van partners controleren Functie-eisen Wat je meebrengt Je kan je helemaal vastbijten in een project en hebt oog voor details.
